Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Acacia-Composites. The role involves handling customer service, communication, order processing, sales tasks, and providing administrative assistance. The position is based in Windhoek.
Qualifications
Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
Order Processing and Administrative Assistance abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in digital marketing and social media management
Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
Experience working with media agencies
Experience with CMS, ideally WIX
Experience with SEO/SEA
Experience with ERP, ideally Business Central
Should have financial understanding
Strong communication skills
Must be flexible and customizable
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
